Architect Sara Deodato has created a home staging set-up for the Gabetti Zanardi real estate agency in which she shows us how the choice of colors and the right accessories can highlight the space of a house for sale.
The first step in setting up a property with the Home Staging technique and achieving success is to identify its potential and highlight it with imagination and taste. Sara has managed to minimize the not exactly abundant space of this apartment by taking advantage of its brightness, choosing light colors and a few well-centered pieces of furniture for an ecological and minimal style with a modern and functional effect.
The living area of this property with a very contemporary architectural concept is divided into a kitchenette and living room. The kitchenette has been set up with our Gioia model kitchen which, with its modular solutions, offers the possibility of composing the space by adapting to any environment. For the occasion, the hob module was chosen together with several shelves positioned on the wall adjacent to the window. In front of the kitchen furniture a cardboard table with chairs separated from the living area by a half wall has been placed. The large and bright living room has been set up with a large cardboard corner sofa with a bare structure positioned under the large window, giving the room the right welcoming atmosphere. Finally, the bedroom was set up with a sleeping area kit consisting of a double bed structure with a high headboard, two bedside tables, and a chest of drawers.
The choice of colors was decisive; Sara has chosen the basic white color playing with a few contrasting nuances using our furniture that fills the space but almost disappears discreetly making the rooms bright, welcoming and airy, a very inviting feeling of well-being. The choice of a very refined sea blue shade that creates a relaxing and refined contrast.
