For his showroom in Triste, Barbra asked us at
Natru Design to make custom-made stands out of natural cardboard that would serve as a support for the display of his creations. We thus designed customised chalice-shaped displays that naturally house his works. Two solutions were offered. The first was a display model
to be placed on the wall. The display consists of a central support depicting the stem of the chalice from which the side templates of the cup depart, all in one piece. The interior of this ideal cup houses the cardboard display shelves housed in specially cut slots. The
entire display was made by joining several cardboard panels lengthwise to make the structure solid and strong. The second proposal was a
custom-made centrepiece chalice display. The design was a little more articulated, starting with shaped panels that were coupled together to make the structure stronger, crossed over and stopped at the base by special supports to form a quadrangular central body. In the upper part, compartments have been created to accommodate the display shelves. Displays were used to show examples of engravings on glass goblets. For the rest of the creations Barbara chose to complete the set-up with our standard Gelas displays .
