Lara Bruni Homestaging & Photography

Professional Home Stager and Interior Photographer

There are challenges that seem impossible, but the talent of a good homestager stops at nothing! In today’s case history we are going to see how Lara Bruni managed to enhance an unfinished property, literally transforming it into a ready-to-live house. The rooms of the apartment were originally cold and aseptic, as far away from a house where you want to live. Lara was good at grasping the potential of the spaces, enhancing their brightness and views of the outdoor garden.

The home staging set-up for the staging focused on solutions that communicated positivity and lightheartedness, thanks to a young style and soft colored furniture. The open-space of the living area has been furnished with the help of Nardi cardboard furniture: on the wall, a composition of modules from the Gioia Kitchen conveys all the functionality of an elegant and smart space. In the center of the room we find a cardboard sofa split into 2, in order to create two individual seats that convey relaxation and comfort.

A certainly effective job, it is no coincidence that following the homestaging set-up and the related photo shoot, the house had a boom in visits and was sold in just a week!

All the magic of photos before and after homestaging

When it comes to homestaging and wants to understand if the work has been effective, there is nothing better than a comparison between the before and after to get an idea. In the photos by Lara Bruni that we publish below it is possible to understand how the real estate enhancement intervention has literally transformed the spaces of the restaurant, creating a setting capable of exciting and giving the idea of a house to be lived in.
