Hotel Savoia Excelsior - Trieste
2024 was a special year for Esteco , in fact it was the twenty-fifth anniversary of its foundation. For those who do not know this reality, know that it is a spin-off company of the University of Trieste (where it is still based), specialized in software for numerical optimization, management of business processes and engineering design. It has grown steadily to over 150 employees worldwide, with subsidiaries and offices in the United States, India and Germany. A universe therefore that makes innovation its raison d’être. That’s why, to organize the International Users’ Meeting 2024 (a flagship corporate event to present news and updates), they decided to focus on a set-up that was cutting-edge and creative.
Hence the idea of trying to create an event with eco-sustainable cardboard set-ups . The approach was gradual, in the sense that initially it was thought to set up only the room with cardboard in which to present the company’s news through banquets and information totems. Then the project was so popular that the Esteco staff asked us to expand the project by including the installation of other areas. It took several calls and we constantly discussed to arrive at a result that was functional and effective.
The NaturDesign staff followed the project from the conception phase and worked hand in hand with the Esteco graphic designer to arrive at a design that was perfect for communicating their brand. Finally, our fitters helped the Esteco staff to set up the various areas of the hotel so that they were ready and perfect for the event.
The project included various elements:
– desk
– information totems
– printed totems with built-in
TV- a frame to recess a ledwall
in a communicatively effective way- tables and chairs
– printed walls, some with an exhibition function (with the aim of showcasing the t-shirts of past editions of the event)
A tailor-made work designed to be dismantled and reused in the company and at other events.
