Children's shop
“Dreamers – Free to Dream” is a children’s shop in Varese born from the dream of Chiara and Marianna. Two creative and sensitive souls who wanted to create a space dedicated to conscious growth, intelligent play and the beauty of small things. The store offers the highest quality games and gift items inspired by the “Less is better” philosophy, for a freer and more sustainable childhood.
A tailor-made set-up, between aesthetics and functionality
For the setting up of the children’s shop, Chiara and Marianna chose eco-sustainable furniture: a light, safe, recyclable material that is perfectly in line with their educational mission. We designed custom-made furnishings, able to dialogue with young customers and with the concept of the store: functional spaces, neutral surfaces alternating with colorful prints and shapes that stimulate the imagination. The heart of the “Dreamers” concept is represented by the hot air balloon, a decorative element that recalls freedom, adventure and the desire to explore. Just like a hot air balloon, the store also takes children on a journey of emotions, creative play and discovery. The cardboard shelves integrate perfectly into this environment, offering light and versatile display solutions.
The cardboard set-up created for Dreamers is a perfect example of how it is possible to combine design, functionality and sustainability. An ecological shop for children that becomes an educational space and inspiration for parents and professionals in the sector. Some furnishings have been chosen from our catalogue, such as the Saline shelving, the Harrow counter or the Cerena displays. Other solutions, on the other hand, have been designed ad hoc to make the space smart and characterize it with an avant-garde design.
In conclusion, we leave you with Marianna Gulinello’s words on the project:
Dreamers is a space dedicated to children and their conscious development. Our mission is to offer products that facilitate natural learning through sensory and creative stimulation. For this reason, the choice of cardboard furniture was certainly consistent with our project.
