What do the world of e-commerce, digital transformation and a cardboard stand have in common? The commitment to create new and simple solutions to move ideas and things thanks to the use of modern technologies and creativity but with the clear and strong intent of reducing the impact of its activities on the environment. And to create the opportunity to bring these three players together, Locker inPost Italia, a shipping company with the firm idea of sending packages quickly and easily without impacting the planet. To achieve this intent, InPost uses a system of Lockers – dispensers – strategically positioned in the nerve points of the cities with 24-hour availability. From these distributors, anyone who has ordered a package can conveniently pick it up at any time without the need for queues, procedures or paperwork to be carried out. The use of Lockers thus helps to reduce traffic jams and noise associated with transport and, consequently, to limit carbon dioxide emissions by up to 95% and fuel consumption by more than 21 million liters per year!
And such a cutting-edge and responsible company certainly cannot back down from the challenges that the world of e-commerce poses for the future. Technology, sustainability, innovation, challenges and much more were discussed at the Netcomm Forum 2023 at the Allianz Mi.Co in Milan organized in May by the Netcomm Consortium, a reality that has long aimed to act as a reference point for the promotion and development of e-commerce and the digital evolution of companies, also by organizing meeting moments like this capable of bringing together the different realities of the sector.
InPost was present at the event with an innovative and ecological cardboard stand designed and built specifically for the occasion to strengthen its commitment in line with its sustainable image. On this occasion, the company also launched a new communication campaign, modern, colorful and impressive.
Designing and creating a cardboard stand for this event was simple and fun for us at Natur Design thanks also to the communion of intent and the clear and detailed indications of the customer.
First rule: innovation and eco-design. Not a regular and anonymous stand but a unique creation capable of attracting the eye of the beholder with the added positive message of sustainability and responsibility in the use of an ecological material such as cardboard also in one’s promotional activity.
The cardboard stand designed for InPost winds around a central wall that divides two areas with different functions. These are connected to each other through an opening that acts as an imaginative portal through which you pass from the reception area to the in-depth study of the services offered. The first area is equipped with a corner counter from the Galambra series made of cardboard panels reinforced on the front by shaped elements mounted vertically to strengthen the supporting structure of the counter and with the internal structure of the panel left exposed as a decorative element. The back of the counter is bordered by a panel decorated with personalized digital prints. On the opposite side of the counter, in the same reception area, one of their Lockers is positioned for demonstration purposes. The layout of this area is completed by a series of custom-made exhibition cubes decorated with company prints and logos.
The other area of the stand is dedicated to in-depth analysis for those interested in the services that the company offers and is bordered by the exhibition wall from the back. In the same style as the first, this one is set up to be more welcoming and confidential with coordinated seats and tables from the Ortles series with laminate top and comfortable padding in ecological cotton. We also made a custom-made TV cabinet with pantries and display shelves on which a giant screen was proudly displayed from which a series of images and messages of the new communication campaign were projected. The peculiarity of this part is a corner bordered by a circular structure decorated externally with cardboard tubulars and which hid a small realx area furnished with a custom-made shaped cardboard bench and a low service table.
The entire cardboard stand has been entirely customized with certified high-definition ecological digital prints and the pre-eminent color is yellow, warm and welcoming, modern and effective like the entrepreneurial spirit of the company. As this realization shows, you can maintain an environmentally friendly spirit and spread your communication in an appealing way without sacrificing style, all thanks to natural cardboard.
