Home staging & relooking
Selling a house at first glance. It’s not easy, but at the end of the day, it’s the goal of anyone involved in home staging. To succeed in this undertaking, you need to know how to study case by case and prepare the premises to ensure that they excite and immediately impress potential customers. What many people don’t know is that even high-value properties benefit from this enhancement work. In fact, many believe that beautiful houses sell themselves and, if on the one hand it may be true, on the other hand it is equally true that a house “prepared” in the right way with the right homestaging set-up sells on average earlier and with a lower discount on the starting price.
The data prove it and this spectacular set-up created by the Boîte Maison agency, specialized in home staging and home relooking, also demonstrates it. Behind the French-speaking name there are two very good Italian homestagers, Susanna Giacomini and Laura Giannini, serious and competent professionals able to enhance a house for sale in the best possible way.
To make this large-sized open-space welcoming, various cardboard furnishings for homestaging by Natur Design were used: there is the two-seater sofa, the pouf module used as a support table and two seats made from a single sofa module. All the cardboard furnishing elements are presented with a minimal style, in white cardboard and made more lively thanks to the addition of blankets and cushions that give a touch of color to the scene. Congratulations to Susanna and Laura for the great work!
