NaturDesign develops professional and reliable “turnkey” projects and our team is always at your disposal and will accompany you from the conception phase to the preparation of the event. To get started, we offer you a completely free consulting service, all you have to do is send us a floor plan of the spaces you need to set up and explain your functional and aesthetic needs.
If necessary, we will then set a call for further information and then go on to develop our proposal presented with a 3D render and a detailed estimate. Discover below the 6 steps for your successful event and contact us now to start your project!
Send us the technical plan of the space you need to set up. We need to know the size of the area and any closed or obstructed sides.
Tell us about your corporate values and your functional and aesthetic needs, if necessary we can schedule a video call to discuss.
In a very short time we will present you with a first proposal with a 3D render and a detailed quote. And based on your feedback we will understand if we are on the right path or if there is a need to “adjust the shot”
Once all aspects of the set-up and customized graphics have been defined, our staff will quickly produce everything you need.
